Happy Thursday!

Here’s a short talk about mindfulness from Andy Puddicombe. He’s a pretty interesting guy, being a former monk and mindfulness advocate. I’ve even tried out his mindfulness app, Headspace before and liked it.

As you approach the weekend and the end of what may have been a hectic week, I hope this talk provides a peaceful break.
